Founded by three sisters, Waffa Theory’s mission is to elevate experiences from the every day to the unique, and our one-of-a-kind offerings featuring bubble waffles in a variety of sweet and savory creations do just that.
The story of Waffa! Theory began in 2021, when the founders set out to create a dessert experience that their five collective children would love. Their ideas and concepts grew, and the brand was born.
Bubble waffles are a unique and innovative take on the traditional waffle. The batter is cooked in a special mold that creates spherical pockets, giving the waffles a distinctive look and texture. About Our Brands
In building out Waffa! Theory, our flagship concept, we were determined to invest in modern, technologically advanced equipment to deliver decadent and Instagram worthy desserts with fast food efficiency. To get the most out of our investment – we started wondering whether our equipment could make other types of dishes and treats. We came up with a lot of ideas – but not all fit with their Waffa! Theory concept.
That’s when our three other brands were born:
